Privacy Policy

PCS LLC, doing business as Tech Powered Websites, explains here how we handle information when you visit our website or use our customer services.

Information we collect

When you contact us or become a customer, you may provide your name, email address, business details, website brief, uploaded files, support messages and scheduling information. We keep agreement records, signatures, payment references and service history to deliver your project and manage your account.

Our service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and security information when the site is used. Stripe handles card details; we receive payment status and receipt references rather than storing your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, build and support websites, manage accounts and agreements, process authorized payments, send service updates, protect the site and meet legal obligations. Optional measurement is used only under the choices described below. Depending on applicable law, we rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests such as security and support, legal obligations, or your consent for optional tracking.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies and local storage support sign-in, security, payment checkout and saved privacy preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or using our services. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate optional choices, off until accepted.

We offer the same choices in every country and state. You may reject optional storage, accept it, or choose each category. Use Cookie settings at any time to withdraw or change your choice. We save a browser-specific, dated record of the notice and choices; it is not linked to your account. Clearing browser storage removes that record and prompts you again. We respect Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising measurement off even after an earlier acceptance.

Google Analytics 4

With your analytics permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how often pages are visited, buttons are clicked and workspace tabs are viewed. Measurement begins only after you accept analytics cookies and stops when you withdraw that permission. Rejecting analytics does not limit your access to our services.

Google may process IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and usage events, including in the United States or other countries. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We send fixed page and tab names and button identifiers, not form answers, names, email addresses, account identifiers, agreement contents or private URL parameters. Advertising features are separately controlled as described below. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after one year; withdrawing permission removes this site’s analytics cookies where the browser allows.

GA4 advertising features

We use a separate advertising choice for GA4 advertising measurement and personalization on our public website. These features require both analytics and advertising permission and remain off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Customer workspaces, staff dashboards, account pages and payment pages are excluded from advertising use.

When permitted, our Google tag allows advertising storage, advertising user-data processing and personalization signals. Google may use cookie and device identifiers and public-site interactions for advertising measurement and personalized advertising. Google signals, when activated in our Google Analytics property, can associate eligible visits with information from users signed in to Google who have Ads Personalization enabled, supporting cross-device, demographic and interest reporting. The website permission controls are implemented; Google-side activation and report delivery have not yet been verified.

We do not upload customer lists, names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or document contents for matching. We do not launch ads, export audiences or link an advertising account through these website controls. Sharing with Google for advertising may qualify as sharing, sale or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even without payment. You can opt out or withdraw using Cookie settings at any time without losing access to services. Withdrawal stops new advertising use; it does not undo information already processed by Google.

See Google signals information and manage Google’s own personalization settings through My Ad Center.

Who receives information

Authorized PCS LLC staff and service providers receive only the information needed for their work. These include Lovable for website hosting, account services and app emails; Stripe for payment processing; and Google for website fonts, sign-in or confirmed meeting scheduling where used. Loading externally hosted fonts sends browser connection information, including your IP address, to Google. Google receives analytics information only when you allow analytics. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.

We do not sell customer lists. Permitted advertising disclosures to Google may qualify as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law. Advertising permission is separate from analytics, is off by default worldwide, and is overridden by Global Privacy Control. Use Cookie settings to refuse or withdraw it.

Retention, security and transfers

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain agreements and payment records, resolve disputes and comply with legal requirements. The period depends on the record and purpose; contact us for details about your records. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, transfers must have appropriate legal safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements that apply to your data.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or objection to certain uses. You may withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where applicable, and request review of a denied request. We will verify requests appropriately, respond under applicable law and explain any exception, such as records we must retain. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf with appropriate authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Email dustin@techpoweredwebsites.com with your request. Please do not send passwords or card details. You may also complain to your local data protection authority where that right applies.

Children and other websites

Our business services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Other websites and customer websites have their own privacy practices; this policy covers PCS LLC’s own website and services.

Changes and contact

We update this notice when our practices change and show the effective date above. A material change to optional measurement will require renewed choices where applicable.
